We source our scotch bonnet peppers locally. Hot, sweet and spicy, like most varieties of peppers they are rich in capsaicin which can play a role in digestive health, cardiovascular health and in long-term cancer prevention.
Ginger has a long history of use for relieving digestive problems such as nausea, loss of appetite, motion sickness and pain. A key ingredient in our sauces, it works in great harmony with our other ingredients to create a unique flavour.
We use caribbean thyme sourced locally in our sauces. It has a long history in combatting chest and respiratory problems including coughs, bronchitis, and chest congestion - and it adds a great taste to our original Hot Pepper and Thyme sauce.
